I can't emphasize enough that at every step of the selling process Gerry exceeded my expectations. Not just a little better than my expectations, he hit it out of the park! I was anticipating that this sale would be very difficult but he made it look easy. Coordinating with a tenant of 16 years that will need to find a new home while someone else moves into their old home is no easy ask but he was on point through the whole process and made it all come together. He was always available and quick to respond. Best experience selling a house yet, I highly recommend Gerry, you wont be disappointed!
