Sable Ridge is one of the nicest developments in all of the Columbia Valley, and one of the most modern and inviting in Radium Hot Springs. Many of the units feature granite counter tops (the others have concrete), they have impressive rock fireplaces, nice flooring, and each unit has a deck. The floor plans are very efficient, the most common floor plan featuring two bedrooms, plus a den and in-suite laundry all packed into around 900 sq. ft. of space.
Sable Ridge has a beautiful 'Club House' common building which can be booked by owners for private events and functions, there is also a year round hot outdoor hot tub and a second hot tub and swimming pool that are operated May to September.
In general Sable Ridge rarely feels full or busy, it is a short walk to the restaurants and services of Radium Hot Springs.
The units at Sable Ridge are ideally suite for long term rentals, but they would also make a good choice as a recreation property, retirement living or even an investment for long term rentals.
The current selling price of units in Sable Ridge is far below replacement value and it is hard to find comparable value anywhere for the style and functionality and age of the units compared to the selling prices!
